Dr. D analyzed my walking gait. In so doing, he discovered that shoe inserts would be helpful. I was hesitant because I enjoy nice shoes and did not desire big, clunky “help”. However, I find though “sturdy” they are thin enough to fit most shoes in which I find myself standing or walking for longer periods of time. And, oh my! –the difference in my low back, hip and knee pain, not to mention a chronic fascitis, has been night-to-day! The pain is improving significantly–and I can still wear my pretty shoes! We Dr. D rocks!
